When I was in Italy last summer, I ordered a prosciutto and arugula sandwich. It was reasonably priced, but used expensive ingredients. It was also delicious. I realized that they were able to offer such a high-quality product at a low price because of its simplicity. The sandwich consisted of bread, prosciutto, and arugula - nothing else.

This led me to plan our simple menu, where we enhance the important things and cut out the rest. We believe using all-natural, local and organic ingredients allows us to offer healthy, local and sustainable foods at a relatively low cost to our community.

Located at 301 E. Main Street in Downtown Missoula, inside the Front Street entrance to the Missoula Public Library.
